Cotton Bay Holdings Limited are looking for our Construction Project Manager (CPM), they are developing a High-End resort in South Eleuthera, with an estimated investment of over $200M. 90 keys + 70 branded residences, an 18-hole championship golf course + hotel amenities. Construction is scheduled to last 2.5 to 3 years at least, with a possibility of a second phase. They are looking to engage this person as soon as possible.
Cotton Bay Holdings are open to relocate a Bahamian professional (either from another island or from a different Country) if the individual is qualified for the position.
The CPM is the leader of the site works and will have interaction with all the Departments of the Company and the Project (legal, procurement, logistics, commercial, design, technical, etc.). The candidate must be an Engineer or Architect with postgraduate studies in Construction, with relevant experience in similar projects (size and use) and in similar locations. Estimated salary: Range 180K-220K per year + Housing assistance is needed.
- The Candidate will be in charge of a team of around 20 professionals on site (employed directly by CBHL) and will oversee the QA/QC contractor with his/her team.
- Will report to the Project Director and eventually to the Company Owners,
- Will have to interact with the Hotel Brand Executives, government officials and the community.
Must have knowledge in:
- Start-up of construction projects
- Experience in façades with high-end finishes.
- Knowledge and understanding of BIM methodologies, Power BI and plans in REVIT.
- Budget control and management, construction costs.
- Ideally the candidate should have the following:
- PMP certified
- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel. ®
- Microsoft Project. ® knowledge
- AutoCAD ® knowledge
