Construction Administrator
This role supports project teams by managing administrative tasks related to construction projects, both on-site and in the office. Key responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, managing logistics, processing invoices and change orders, assisting with permit and compliance requirements, and preparing and issuing purchase orders (POs) and subcontracts. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment. Experience with Procore construction management software is desirable but not essential.

Construction Site Supervisor
This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site to ensure that work is executed efficiently and in accordance with project plans and specifications. Key responsibilities include supervising site personnel and subcontractors, monitoring progress and quality, coordinating material and equipment deliveries, resolving on-site issues, and reporting to the project management team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of construction practices and site management.
